i was just looking through pictures on facebook, and was reminded about how things have changed! i cant believe that these years of my life have flown by so quickly, i would have never imagined this 20 year old me!
no doubt, some things have not changed, but i guess life is unpredictable that way!

a month back on feb 29, we were just pondering about where we would be in 4 years time (the next leap year). im sure these 4 years will fly by when i look back, but i just couldnt help but feel like i was stepping into a realm that is totally unknown and new to me. like where will i be? will i be working/ unemployed? single/ attached/ engaged (o.o)? which of my friends will stick by me? will Jesus have returned? will still be faithful to the faith i believe in?

so many questions, and most of these could swing whichever way. i guess thats why they call it "the great unknown". but i dont want to get so caught up thinking about the future, because i know its all under God's hand (: i know that whatever path he puts me in, whatever situations he places me, i know he is moulding me to be someone that is willing to serve Him better and better (: and i guess that is what is ultimately important: whether i was able to use what i was given to use for God's glory.

Christ is often likened as the bridegroom, and the church, His bride. the Bible reminds us that we are to wait patiently for the bridegroom, and be prepared for His coming at all times, because he will come when we least expect it!
