had a really great time with mum and april this weekend (: it was definitely a very much needed break for all of us, and i am so thankful to God for giving us this opportunity!
i realised that i don't know what i would do without family. they do so much for me, and it feels like i don't have much to offer. sometimes i wonder what i would be like if i were not born into this family. it would definitely affect my personality quite a bit, because i have learnt so much from them. it was also so fun discussing about our dream house and designing for our future home too hahaha.
and thinking about my extended family and church family, i cannot help but be in awe of how God has placed me in the best possible position! to be surrounded by Christians at all times. sometimes i think i take it for granted.
so, THANK YOU LORD and help me never to wish i were born in another family, because what You have planned is always GOOD. help me to look past the weaknesses and embrace their strengths, because that's what they have already done for me (`:
