this issue has been the central topic for my dreams for many nights, and what i've been dreaming about has finally come true! its so strange, its like my heart was beating so fast from all the anticipation.. it feels like i'm making a new best friend (:

words cannot express the amount of relief i feel and how the weight of my burdens has been lifted!

but i guess i really did learn quite a bit about myself through this experience, and i realised that i really need to change a lot of things about me. it is an experience i would never wish for it to happen to me or anyone ever, but im still so thankful that God has shown me so much through this!

i hope that i don't forget what i learnt, which was that kindness requires one to go out of her way, even when it is inconvenient. kindness is thinking about how others would feel rather than looking out for her own well-being. kindness is sensitive and genuinely concerned for others over and above herself. kindness reflects on ways to bring joy to others rather than focusing on her own happiness.
