its gonna be a great day tomorrow (: its nicolette's bridal shower and im so excited for it! not only excited for the hotel stay, but im also so excited for her! shes 24 and getting married! i think thats something that is so scary but yet there is this certainty that i can see in their relationship (:
haha i hope she doesnt see this, but i doubt she will anw, cos i dont think she knows the existence of this blog :B
i'm also very thankful for the Just For Starters course that elsa is organising (: i'm really starting to see what mentorship is about, which is just trying to help someone to come to maturity in Christ! it's really not as difficult as is seems, especially with the helpful material available.. I wonder if this is something that I will be really engaged in doing for the rest of my life... i actually really do enjoy having the opportunity to talk to people freely about their walk with God.. it is a connection that is really unique, and something that i dont experience anywhere else! i really do want to help people, but i guess sometimes i just dont know how to...

i was reminded in today's study of the immense privilege of being accepted and loved by God! I was reminded of the crazy love of the gospel story, of how a holy God lays down His life for his unfaithful spouse. May this truth never grow dull!! How can it??
