i learnt a valuable lesson today... to be grateful for the meals that mummy prepares for me everyday! and why i learnt this, it because..... i tried to be domestic. hahaha.
actually its was more that i was craving for something sweet/chocolatey, so i decided to make some cornflakes marshmallow chunks for YF outing. haha it was extremely troublesome, a lot of muscles needed to mix the chunks cos it was so sticky! and lots of cleaning up to do after, because the marshmallow fluff is extremely difficult to wash off utensils. and the worst part of it all, it ended up tasting like... frosties. i could have just bought a box of frosties. not to mention i specially made a trip to the supermarket to get the ingredients, tediously searched the internet for interesting recipes.
disappointing.
but when i was eating dinner today, i realised that mummy really puts a lot of effort to try to make dinners nice. and to think she has been doing this selflessly for my entire lifetime! just one day of failed experimentation and i'm already resolving not to do this again. i think i need to be more grateful for the little things!!!
